How CaseOnward works
A case moves through five disciplined stages. Each stage produces reviewable, versioned work — nothing is generated behind your back.
1. Understand your situation
You describe your goal and context. The workspace maps which pathway types and requirements apply.
2. Organize what you have
Documents and facts are catalogued with their sources, so strengths and gaps become visible.
3. Prepare with structure
Checklists, drafts and timelines are built step by step, always marked as drafts until reviewed.
4. Human review
Items that carry risk or judgement are routed to human review. Nothing sensitive is finalized by AI alone.
5. Assemble the case package
Reviewed materials come together into an organized, submission-ready preparation package.
Foundation
Stages 1–5 describe the target operating model. At this foundation stage the workspace surfaces exist in preview, and AI-provider execution remains disabled.
