For employers

One structured mobility case for every employee and family.

Relocating people means relocating their families, documents and histories. Each employee can build one organised case today. The planned mobility view carries what is outstanding across the programme — operational status, never personal files.

In developmentEmployer mobility workspaces are in development. Individual case preparation is available in the private beta.

What gets in the way

  • Family members’ documents handled separately and inconsistently
  • No shared view of where each relocation stands
  • Personal financial and family data mixed into HR processes

One employee, one family, one case.

Each family member is a participant in the same case, with their own sections and evidence.

The intended operating model

In development

  1. One case per employee, with family and sponsor sections

  2. Evidence checked before it reaches advisers

  3. Status for the mobility team, not personal files

  4. Clean handoff to immigration counsel

What each party sees

The applicant owns the case. A professional reviewer sees it when review is arranged. No institution receives a case today, and the institutional model is built so that an activated workspace carries operational status only.
