For organisations
Operational readiness, without holding everyone’s private file.
Universities, visa operators, employers and education partners all need the same thing: applicants who arrive prepared. CaseOnward is built so an organisation can understand readiness without collecting the evidence behind it.

Your applicants can prepare complete, evidence-backed cases in the private beta, in twenty interface languages, with professional review arranged where a case needs judgement. Institutional conversations and pilot scoping are open now.

Institutional workspaces, cohort readiness views and purpose-based status sharing are built into the product and are not provisioned for any organisation yet. Nothing on this page describes a live institutional integration.

Institutional capabilities
By design, an institution never holds an applicant’s private evidence. When an institutional workspace is activated it carries operational readiness only, and anything beyond that requires the applicant to grant access for a stated purpose.

The applicant owns the case. A professional reviewer sees it when review is arranged. No institution receives a case today, and the institutional model is built so that an activated workspace carries operational status only.

What an institutional pilot looks at
A pilot agrees a small group of real applicants, what readiness means for your programme, which statuses your team would follow, and the privacy boundary — all before any workspace is activated. Pilots are scoped individually.
Planned model · illustrative

|---|---|---|
| Applicant A-014 | Ready for review | Review completed |
| Applicant A-027 | In progress | Preparation only |

- What it evaluates
- Whether structured preparation measurably improves readiness for one defined group — before any institutional workspace is switched on.
- Who takes part
- A small group of applicants, each preparing their own case under their own account, and the people at your organisation who would follow status.
- The privacy boundary
- Applicants own their cases. Anything your team would see is agreed in advance and limited to operational status.
- Synthetic before real
- Evaluation can start on illustrative, synthetic cases. Real applicant data enters only through each applicant’s own case and consent.
- Success criteria, agreed first
- For example: how many applicants reach a complete, evidence-backed case before a deadline, and how many contradictions are found before submission.
- Current availability
- Pilot conversations are open now. No institutional workspace is active for any organisation today.
Available nowThe next step is a conversation about your programme, not a contract.
